· Tuition Fees and Hostel Fees will be deposited by Demand Draft in favor of "Dean and Secretary, Autonomous Society, G. R. M. C. Gwalior".
· Security Deposit, Caution Money, Student Fund and Library Fees will be deposited by Demand Draft in favor of "Dean, G. R. Medical College, Gwalior".
Note: Total fees refundable to students belonging to reservation category.
REFUND OF FEES:
These rules will apply to all the students admitted in any course being run by the college. If the student leaves the college before the completion of his course, following fee refund rules will apply. Security deposits will be forfeited. Caution money will be returned.
If the student leaves the college within one month from the date of depositing the fees, he/she will be returned half the amount of tuition fee and other fees. After one month no fees will be returned.
All the fees of the students transferred by the State Government to other Medical Colleges within Madhya Pradesh will be transferred to the concerned Medical College.
